What can I expect at IMMH 2026?
IMMH 2026 brings together clinicians, researchers, educators and organisations from across the field of integrative mental health for four days of learning, connection and community in San Diego and online.
Across the programme, you can expect a wide range of sessions exploring the science, clinical practice and whole-person approaches shaping the future of mental health care. Topics include trauma, nutritional and metabolic psychiatry, the gut-brain connection, psychedelics, addiction, mood disorders, neurodevelopment, neurodegeneration, hormones, genomics, inflammation, psychoneuroimmunology, sleep, embodiment, spirituality, toxins and infections, autism, and brain health and cognition.
The conference includes two CE/CME tracks, alongside a sponsored and non-CE/CME track. This allows us to offer a rigorous continuing education programme while also making space for sponsored talks, emerging approaches, diagnostic tools, novel therapies and practical clinical resources.
In-person attendees will also have access to the Expo Hall, hosted breakfasts, Lunch & Learn sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, evening gatherings and informal networking throughout the resort. Virtual attendees will be able to access eligible sessions through the event platform, with recordings available after the conference.

Who are the speakers at IMMH 2026?
IMMH 2026 features more than 50 internationally recognised clinicians, researchers and educators working across integrative mental health, functional and integrative psychiatry, trauma, nutrition, metabolic health, psychedelics, neurodevelopment, neurodegeneration, inflammation, hormones, the gut-brain connection and more.

Tickets & Registration
Do I need to complete registration after purchasing my ticket?
Yes. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email inviting you to access the M-Events app and event platform.
As part of this process, you will be able to complete your attendee profile, access event information and, for in-person attendees, select the sessions you plan to attend.
Please use the same email address you used when purchasing your ticket. Further instructions will be sent to attendees closer to the conference.
Do I need to sign up for any sessions in advance?
In-person attendees: Yes, we ask in-person attendees to sign up for the sessions they plan to attend in advance through the event app. This helps us manage room capacities and ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
We recommend signing up as soon as session registration opens, as some sessions, sponsored breakfasts and Lunch & Learn sessions may have limited capacity and could fill up. You will be able to change your session selections in the app, subject to availability and room capacity.
Virtual attendees: Advance session sign-up is optional. Virtual attendees can use the event platform to build a personalised schedule ahead of time, or choose which sessions to join live during the conference.
All attendees will receive an email closer to the conference with instructions on how to access the event app or platform and sign up for sessions.

Where and when do I check in for the conference?
In-person attendees will need to check in at the IMMH registration desk when they arrive at the venue.
The registration desk location and opening times will be confirmed in pre-event emails and in the M-Events app closer to the conference.
Please have your QR code ready when you arrive. This will be available in the M-Events app once you have logged in.
Are meals included in my ticket?
For full in-person conference ticket holders, coffee will be available each morning, with refreshments served during scheduled breaks.
Breakfast is not included as standard, but there will be opportunities to register for sponsored breakfast sessions, subject to availability.
Lunch will be served each day in or around the Expo Hall. If you have registered for a sponsored Lunch & Learn session, lunch will be served as part of that session instead. On Sunday, October 11, brunch will be served instead of lunch.
A number of social events are also included with full in-person tickets. The Thursday Opening Fiesta and Friday Expo Hall social will include drinks and food. The Saturday evening experience is separately ticketed.
Meals served at Town and Country Resort will be designed with IMMH values in mind, with nourishing options available throughout the conference.
If you have purchased an Expo & Community Pass, this includes coffee, lunch served in the Expo Hall, the Thursday Opening Fiesta, Friday Expo Hall social and Sunday brunch. It does not include sponsored breakfasts or Lunch & Learn sessions.
Virtual tickets do not include meals.
Is recording access included in my ticket?
Recording access is included for full in-person conference ticket holders and virtual ticket holders. All three main conference tracks are being recorded, and eligible session recordings will be available through the IMMH event platform for 90 days after the conference.
Sponsored breakfasts, Lunch & Learn sessions, evening events and embodiment sessions will not be available as recordings unless otherwise noted.
If you have purchased an Expo & Community Pass, this does not include access to the event platform, virtual access or session recordings.
How long will I have access to conference content with my ticket?
Full in-person conference ticket holders and virtual ticket holders will have access to IMMH 2026 conference content through the event platform for 90 days after the conference.
This includes eligible session recordings from the three main conference tracks, along with presentation slides and resources where provided by speakers, speaker and exhibitor information, and any available session chat history.
Sponsored breakfasts, Lunch & Learn sessions, evening events and embodiment sessions will not be available as recordings unless otherwise noted.
If you have purchased an Expo & Community Pass, this does not include access to the event platform, virtual access, recordings or post-conference content.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds may be available if you cancel within the stated timeframes.
For in-person conference tickets and Expo & Community Passes, refund requests must be received on or before 8 August 2026.
For virtual tickets, refund requests must be received on or before 8 September 2026.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and should include your reason for cancellation. Eligible refunds will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee and any non-refundable Stripe processing fees incurred on the original payment.
Refunds will not be issued for requests received after the relevant deadline.
We are unable to provide refunds for accommodation, dinner tickets or other separate ticketed events.

Can I change my ticket type?

Upgrade: Virtual to In-person
You may upgrade your ticket by paying the price difference, subject to availability.
Downgrade: In-person to Virtual
- On or before 8 August 2026: You may downgrade and receive a refund for the price difference.
- After 8 August 2026: You may still switch to a virtual ticket, but no refund will be issued for the difference.
Additional Terms
If the conference is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified and offered the option to transfer your registration or receive a full refund.

Schedule & Sessions
What is the IMMH 2026 schedule?
IMMH 2026 takes place from Thursday, October 8 to Sunday, October 11, 2026 at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, with virtual access available through the event platform.
The main conference programme runs across four days, with plenaries, CE/CME sessions, sponsored and non-CE/CME talks, hosted breakfasts, Lunch & Learn sessions, embodiment sessions, breaks, lunches, the Expo Hall and evening gatherings.
Main conference sessions generally begin around 8:30 AM, with optional morning movement or embodiment sessions and sponsored breakfasts available beforehand for in-person attendees. Sessions then run throughout the day, with scheduled breaks and lunch. Sunday is a shorter day, with morning sessions, Sunday brunch and a final reflection to close the conference.
Evening events are also part of the in-person experience, including the Thursday Opening Fiesta and Friday Expo Hall social. Some events may require pre-registration or a separate ticket.

What time zone are the sessions scheduled in?
All sessions are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
How do I access the conference as a virtual attendee?
Virtual attendees will access IMMH 2026 through the M-Events app and event platform, available on desktop and mobile.
Through the platform, you will be able to watch live-streamed sessions, build your personal schedule, access eligible session recordings after the conference, view presentation slides and resources where provided, and see speaker and exhibitor information.
You will also be able to use available Q&A, chat and community features during the conference. The community area will open before the conference, so you can start connecting with other attendees in advance.
Instructions on how to access the M-Events app and event platform will be emailed to attendees closer to the conference. Virtual attendees will have access to eligible session recordings and conference content for 90 days after the event.
Do I need to download any software to watch the sessions?
n-person attendees: Yes. Members of the IMMH team will scan your badge as you enter each session. This helps us manage room capacities and track live attendance, including attendance for CE/CME purposes where applicable.
Please make sure your badge is scanned each time you attend an eligible CE/CME session.
Virtual attendees: No separate check-in is required. Your live attendance will be tracked automatically through the M-Events event platform when you join a session livestream.
At the end of each day, attendees claiming CE/CME credit will receive a link to complete the relevant CE/CME evaluation. You will be asked to select the sessions you attended and complete the evaluation form. Certificates will be issued once attendance has been verified.
Do I need to check in to each session I attend live?
No. You do not need to download any specific software to access IMMH sessions.
Sessions and event content can be accessed through the M-Events event platform on desktop using an up-to-date web browser and a reliable internet connection. You can also download the M-Events app on your phone or tablet to access your schedule, event information, updates, Q&A, chat and community features.
For virtual attendees, live-streamed sessions will be accessed directly through the Schedule section of the platform once you are logged in.
The M-Events app and event platform will be launched closer to the conference, and all attendees will receive an email with access instructions.
Can I watch the sessions live as a virtual attendee?
Yes. Virtual attendees will be able to watch sessions in the three main conference tracks live through the M-Events event platform.
Please note that all session times are listed in Pacific Time, as the in-person conference is taking place in San Diego.
Sponsored breakfasts, Lunch & Learn sessions, evening events and embodiment sessions will not be available via livestream unless otherwise noted.
You will receive access instructions for the M-Events app and event platform closer to the conference. Once you are logged in, live sessions can be accessed directly from the Schedule section.

Can I watch the sessions on demand if I miss them?
Yes. Full in-person conference ticket holders and virtual ticket holders will have access to eligible session recordings through the M-Events event platform for 90 days after the conference.
All three main conference tracks are being recorded. Recordings will be made available once they have been processed and released after the live sessions.
Sponsored breakfasts, Lunch & Learn sessions, evening events and embodiment sessions will not be available as recordings unless otherwise noted.
If you have purchased an Expo & Community Pass, this does not include access to the event platform, virtual access, recordings or post-conference content.
How do I ask questions during a session?
Where speakers have provided slides or additional resources, these will be available through the relevant session in the Schedule section of the M-Events app and event platform.
Please note that not all sessions will include downloadable slides or resources, and materials may not be available in advance.
You will receive more information on how to access the M-Events app and event platform closer to the conference.
Where do I access speaker slides and resources?
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on IMMH 2026 through a post-event survey, which will be emailed to attendees after the conference.
The survey will cover the overall attendee experience, as well as feedback on sessions, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, the venue, the event platform and other aspects of the conference.
We really value attendee feedback and use it to improve future IMMH events.
How do I give feedback on sessions or the event overall?
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on IMMH 2026 through a post-event survey, which will be emailed to attendees after the conference.
The survey will cover the overall attendee experience, as well as feedback on sessions, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, the venue, the event platform and other aspects of the conference.
We really value attendee feedback and use it to improve future IMMH events.
Travel & Venue
Where is IMMH 2026?
IMMH 2026 will take place at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, California.
The resort will be home to the main conference sessions, Expo Hall, hosted meals, evening gatherings and many of the informal spaces where attendees can connect throughout the event.
The venue offers spacious indoor meeting rooms, outdoor lawns, onsite dining, pool areas and relaxed gathering spaces, creating a campus-style setting for four days of learning, connection and community.
The main programme will take place across the Golden State Ballroom, Palm Ballrooms and Town and Country Ballroom D, with the Expo Hall located in Town and Country A, B and C.

Is there a special room rate for IMMH 2026?
Yes. We have secured a discounted room block at the Town and Country Resort for IMMH 2026 attendees.
Rooms are available at a special IMMH rate, subject to availability, and we recommend booking early as some nights may sell out before others.

How do I get to the venue?

From the airport:
San Diego International Airport is less than 6 miles from the resort and is approximately 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Public transportation:
Town and Country Resort is accessible via San Diego’s public transit system. Attendees can take the San Diego Trolley Green Line to Fashion Valley Transit Center, which is a short walk from the hotel. Bus routes also serve the Hotel Circle area.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes. Parking is available onsite at Town and Country Resort.
IMMH attendees will have access to a reduced parking rate of $15 per day. Instructions for accessing the discounted parking rate will be available at the IMMH registration desk when you check in for the conference.
Please note that in-and-out parking privileges are only available to guests staying at Town and Country Resort.
Is there wifi at the venue?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available at Town and Country Resort for IMMH attendees.
You can use the Wi-Fi to access the M-Events app and event platform, view the schedule, download session slides and resources where available, and access other conference information during the event.
Are there any recommendations for local restaurants, bars, or things to do?
San Diego has plenty to explore outside the conference, from beaches and coastal walks to restaurants, bars, coffee spots, museums and neighbourhoods with a mix of Mexican and Californian influences.

What should I do if I need support at the conference (e.g. accessibility needs, lost items)?
If you need support during the event, including accessibility assistance, lost items, questions about the schedule, app support or general event queries, please visit the IMMH registration desk. A member of the IMMH team will be happy to help.
The exact location of the registration desk will be confirmed in the event app and clearly signposted at the venue.

Accessibility
Is there accessibility support at the venue?
Yes. Town and Country Resort provides accessibility support for guests, including accessible rooms and facilities.

Are there live captions or accessibility options available for sessions?
Yes. We are committed to making IMMH 2026 as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Closed captioning will be available for livestreamed sessions and recorded videos through the M-Events event platform. Please note that captions will not be displayed on the main screens in the session rooms.

Social Events & Networking
Will there be networking opportunities at IMMH 2026?
Yes. IMMH 2026 will offer a range of opportunities to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, both in person and online.
For in-person attendees: There will be opportunities to connect throughout each day during coffee breaks, lunches, sponsored sessions, Lunch & Learn sessions and time in the Expo Hall.
There will also be a number of evening and community events included with your in-person ticket, including the Thursday Opening Fiesta, the Friday Expo Hall social and Sunday brunch.
The Saturday evening experience with Accord is a separately ticketed event.
For virtual attendees: You will be able to connect with other attendees through the M-Events app and event platform, including the new community area, attendee profiles and direct messaging where available.
You will also be able to join the conversation during livestreamed sessions through the available chat and Q&A features. The new community area will open before the conference, so you can start connecting with other attendees in advance.
Will there be book signings or opportunities to meet the speakers?
Yes. There will be opportunities for in-person attendees to meet some of the IMMH 2026 speakers during the conference.
Book signings are expected to take place at the IMMH bookstore in the Expo Hall, giving attendees the chance to meet selected speakers and purchase signed copies of their books.
Book signing times will be confirmed in the event app and may take place during breaks, lunch periods or after sessions, depending on speaker availability.
There will also be informal opportunities to connect with speakers throughout the conference, including during breaks, hosted sessions, social events and time in the Expo Hall.
For virtual attendees, speaker interaction will primarily take place through the livestream Q&A and chat features where available. Additional virtual networking opportunities may be added and will be confirmed in the event app if available.
Continuing Education (CE/CPD)
Will continuing education credits be available (CE/CME/CPD)?
Yes. IMMH 2026 offers up to 40 CE/CME credits, included with full in-person and virtual conference tickets.
Continuing education credits are provided in partnership with Pinnacle Conference, LLC, an accredited continuing education provider. Eligible sessions will be clearly marked as CE/CME on the conference schedule and in the event app.

CE/CME credit will be available for eligible sessions attended live, either in person or virtually, and for eligible recordings completed on demand after the conference.
For live sessions, attendance will be tracked through in-room badge scanning or virtual platform viewing. At the end of each day, attendees claiming CE/CME credit will receive a link to complete the relevant evaluation. You will be asked to select the sessions you attended and complete the evaluation form. Certificates will be issued once attendance has been verified. Please allow 2–3 weeks after the event for live-session certificates.
For on-demand recordings, enduring CE/CME credit will be made available shortly after the conference ends. Attendees will be able to watch eligible recordings through the event platform, use the CE/CME link in the session description, complete the required post-test questions and evaluation, and submit their responses. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion.
