General
What can I expect at IMMH 2026?
The theme of IMMH 2026 is Brain, Body and Back Again: Mental Health through Embodiment and Prevention. This points to our dedication to framing mental health firmly at the intersection of biology and psychology, and examining how our biochemical systems (neuroendocrine, immune, metabolic, etc.) interact with our psychological ones (trauma, ACEs, chronic stress, difficult life circumstances, etc.) and our lifestyle choices and habits.
Once again, we have sought to have a balance between these three areas in our programming, between recurring and new world class speakers, and between deeper dives and overviews.
This year we have also added a non-CE track, so we have two CE tracks and one non-CE track to keep our rigorous continuing educational programme, while enabling us to hear more directly about novel therapies, diagnostic tools and treatments.
Who are the speakers at IMMH 2026?
IMMH 2026 features internationally recognised experts sharing the latest research and practical clinical strategies in integrative mental health.
We have some wonderful new speakers covering a range of topics from the biochemical, to the psycho-socio-spiritual to lifestyle behavioural, such as Dr. Robert Naviaux (of the “cell danger response”); Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris (psychedelics); Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (author of the seminal The Body Keeps the Score) and his colleagues from the Trauma Research Foundation, Licia Sky, Dr. Wendy D’Andrea, and Mike Niconchuk; Dr. Richard Schwartz (founder of IFS); Dr. Jeanne Catanzaro (on IFS and eating disorders); Dr. Leslie Morland; Dr. Elissa Epel (of The Telomere Effect); Dr. Geeta Maker-Clark; Dr. Judith Pentz; Dr. Deanna Minich (online) and many others.
We also have our fantastic returning speakers such as Dr. Robert Lustig, Dr. James Greenblatt, Dr. Felice Gersh, Dr. Stephen Porges (online), Dr. Jill Carnahan, Dr. Kat Toups, Dr. William Shaw, Dr. Leslie Korn, Dr. Eboni Cornish, Dr. Robert Rountree, Dr. Matt Bernstein, and many others!

Guidelines:
- Keep questions brief so more topics can be addressed
- Share the floor so everyone has the chance to participate
- Avoid promoting products or services, or mentioning company names, to ensure sessions remain CE/CME compliant
How do I give feedback on sessions or the event overall?
