Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Foreign Transaction Notice:
Although all prices on our website are displayed in USD and you are charged in USD at checkout, please note that our company is based in the United Kingdom and utilises UK-based payment processors (e.g., Stripe UK). As a result, your card issuer may classify your payment as an international transaction, which could result in foreign transaction fees or bank charges depending on your card provider’s policies.

These fees are not applied or collected by us and are solely at the discretion of your bank or credit card company. If you are unsure whether your card will incur such fees, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for any additional charges your bank may apply.

Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within the timeframes below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], and should include your reason for cancellation. 

In-person tickets

• Cancellation received on or before 11 July 2025
• Eligible for a full refund, minus:
  • $25 administrative fee
  • Non-refundable Stripe processing fee incurred on the original payment (typically around $29 for Early Bird tickets)

Virtual tickets

• Cancellation received on or before 11 August 2025
• Eligible for a full refund, minus: 
  • $25 administrative fee
  • Non-refundable Stripe processing fee incurred on the original payment (typically around $13 for Early Bird tickets)

Refunds will not be issued for requests received after these dates.

Ticket Changes

Upgrade: Virtual to In-person

• You may upgrade your ticket by paying the price difference.
  

Downgrade: In-person to Virtual

• On or before 11 July 2025: You may downgrade and receive a refund for the price difference.
  
• After 11 July 2025: You may still switch to a virtual ticket, but no refund will be issued for the difference.
  

Ticket Transfer:
Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no cost. Please contact [email protected] no later than 1 August 2025 to initiate a transfer.

Refund Exclusions:
We are unable to provide refunds for accommodation or separate ticketed events (e.g. dinners).

If the conference is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified and offered the option to transfer your registration or receive a full refund.

Additional Terms

Schedule Changes:
IMMH reserves the right to change speakers, sessions, and timings without prior notice. While we aim to deliver all advertised content, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

Force Majeure:
IMMH is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics). In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, offer virtual alternatives, or issue refunds or credits where possible.

Code of Conduct:
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. IMMH reserves the right to remove, without refund, any attendee who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

Media Release:
By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded. IMMH may use this content for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please inform our staff upon arrival.

Virtual Access Requirements:
Virtual attendees are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and compatible devices. IMMH is not responsible for technical issues on the attendee’s side that may prevent access to content.

Intellectual Property:
All content presented at the IMMH Conference is the intellectual property of IMMH and/or the individual speakers. It may not be reproduced, shared, or reused without written permission.

Extended Access Recorded Content

No refunds are available for extended access recorded content.
