IMMH 2025 takes place from Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 September 2025. You can attend in person in San Diego or join online via livestream.

Sessions run from roughly 8:00am to 6:30pm (PST), with a half-day on Sunday. Morning somatic sessions will be offered before the main programme each day.

Evening social events will follow the daily sessions–some open to all, others requiring pre-booking or a paid ticket for in-person attendees. More information can be found on our Social Sessions page.

Most sessions at IMMH will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, certain sponsored sessions require pre-registration for in-person attendees only. After purchasing a conference ticket, attendees will receive an email from our event platform, M Events, with instructions on how to complete registration and sign up for these sessions.

Yes–continuing education is at the heart of advancing mental healthcare, which is why we’re excited to offer CE/CME and CPD credits at IMMH 2025 for both in-person and virtual attendees.

  • For US-based attendees: We’ve partnered with CME Outfitters to provide live and enduring CE/CME credits for eligible IMMH 2025 sessions.
    The conference will offer up to 30 hours of content certified for AMA, ANCC, AAPA, APA, ASWB, and CDR credit (20.75 max live credits during the conference, plus up to 9.25 additional enduring credits, subject to final post-conference review). Information is provided on a per session basis.
    *Not all sessions are accredited. Sessions are clearly marked on our schedule, complete with learning objectives, and full CE/CME details—including faculty, disclosures, and any updates to our schedule and claim process—can be found on our CE/CME activity detail page.

     

  • For UK-based attendees: We are certified with The CPD Certification Service to offer CPD points for sessions at IMMH 2025. Certificates will be available to attendees upon request after the conference.

Yes–a limited number of discounts are available on full-price tickets for students, veterans, newly qualified practitioners, and those with financial need.

We also offer group discounts for groups of five or more attendees.

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within the timeframes below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], and should include your reason for cancellation.

In-person tickets:

  • Cancellation received on or before 11 July 2025
  • Eligible for a full refund, minus:
    • $25 administrative fee
    • Non-refundable Stripe processing fee incurred on the original payment (typically around $29 for Early Bird tickets)

Virtual tickets:

  • Cancellation received on or before 11 August 2025
  • Eligible for a full refund, minus: 
    • $25 administrative fee
    • Non-refundable Stripe processing fee incurred on the original payment (typically around $13 for Early Bird tickets)

Refunds will not be issued for requests received after these dates.

Ticket Changes

Upgrade: Virtual to In-person

  • You may upgrade your ticket by paying the price difference.

Downgrade: In-person to Virtual

  • On or before 11 July 2025: You may downgrade and receive a refund for the price difference.
  • After 11 July 2025: You may still switch to a virtual ticket, but no refund will be issued for the difference.

Additional Terms

  • We are unable to provide refunds for accommodation or separate ticketed events (e.g. dinners).
  • If the conference is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified and offered the option to transfer your registration or receive a full refund.

The speaker lineup for IMMH 2025 is now closed, but if you are interested in being considered for speaking opportunities at future IMMH conferences, please submit a proposed talk title, a brief outline and a link to your website to our team at [email protected].

We have a limited number of volunteer opportunities available for IMMH 2025.

If you’re interested in being considered, please email your resumĂ© to [email protected], along with a short note explaining why you’d like to volunteer and any relevant skills or experience you can bring to the role.

Please note: Volunteers receive a complimentary conference ticket. Accommodation and other expenses are not covered.

IMMH 2025 will take place at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego–a beautiful, family-owned and female-led venue that reflects the values of the IMMH community: wellness, innovation, and inclusivity.

Our room block at Town and Country has now reached capacity. We recommend checking directly with the hotel in case additional rooms become available outside of the block: 800-722-8527.

Yes–Town and Country is an accessible venue that welcomes guests of all abilities, with ADA compliant rooms, wheelchair ramps, and accessible bathrooms. Find more information regarding Town and Country’s accessibility support here.

Parking is available onsite and at a reduced rate of $15/day for IMMH attendees (in and out privileges are limited to Town & Country hotel guests). Instructions for discounted parking will be available at registration in the Town & Country Foyer.

Yes–free wifi will be available at the venue for all attendees to access the IMMH event platform, download session slides, and take notes during the conference as needed.

Yes–lunch* will be provided each day for all in-person attendees, either in the Exhibition Hall or at a pre-registered sponsored lunch session, along with a drink and snacks during scheduled refreshment breaks.

Breakfast is not included as a matter of course, but there will be opportunities to sign up for sponsored breakfast events. Attendees can also purchase a separate ticket for the Saturday evening dinner and dancing event.

Meals served at Town and Country will feature nutritious, keto– and paleo-inspired menus, in line with IMMH values.

*On Sunday, September 14, brunch will be served instead of lunch.

Yes–IMMH 2025 will offer a range of opportunities to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and exhibitors in both structured and informal settings.

Social events will follow the daily sessions–some open to all, others requiring pre-booking or a paid ticket for in-person attendees. These include a whole-health welcome on Thursday, a nourish and network panel on Friday, a ticketed dinner and dancing event on Saturday, and a closing immersive sound healing journey on Sunday. More information can be found on our Social Sessions page.

Throughout the day, there will also be plenty of chances to connect–during session breaks, lunches, sponsored meals, and in our interactive Exhibition Hall.

All IMMH 2025 content, including live sessions and recordings, presentation slides, speaker and exhibitor info, and attendee Q&A and chat features, can be accessed through our custom IMMH event platform, available via desktop or mobile.

Yes–all main-stage sessions will be streamed live for virtual attendees. Please note that all times are listed in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
